I am not "pissed customer", I just need assistance
So, I sent the following to Hik-Connect and just received an email saying that they chose not to read my concern. I am dealling with intruders in my garden and they know one of the cameras is not working at night.
Hik-Connect can't be bothered to help!!! This was my message "I had 2 Hik-Connect cameras installed about a year ago - I asked the installer to return as the back garden camera was capturing the neighbours in the house behind me. They did not respond, and I do not even know if they are still in business.
The problem is worse than that - the camera at the back does not show intruders when it is dark, so the intrusions in my back garden continue - which is very distressing. Please can you let me know names of local Hik-Connect installers." Town and postcode deleted from original message.

Complaint many times about poor function of camara but no positive response from the dealer.camara are not working properly with mobile phone and we complaint many times but he shows nutral response.we waited a lot finally

Not able to get customer en service
Camera not working and my installer doesnt answer his call ever. Called and text several time the company with no avail. Called the company direct and it says to call back on business hours and its already 9:37am
