The homes look great when you first move in, but getting the builder to complete your punch list is impossible. It has been 18 months since I closed on my new home, and he still has not completed my punch list. So buyers be aware there are many other home owners in this subdivision going through the same thing. He is a slum builder. Don't buy here!!!!

User's recommendation: Don't buy here, keep looking elsewhere.
