I have contacted every department I've gone to a complaint site who is also trying to help I put a review on trust pilot got a reply saying they needed more documents to verify I sent them all no reply

So the other night I won $40,000, and when trying to withdraw, I had to verify my bank card. I did that; they mentioned my address was different as the bank app must not have updated it properly.

They tried to say it was suspicious and to send more proof from another source. I did; it was accepted. Then I tried to withdraw again, and the next minute they say my account is under review. Then they closed and confiscated my winnings, accusing me of false details, even though I have full proof it's not, and won't listen to anything I have to say.

I need help; I'm so gutted and upset.
I've been going through reviews, and it looks as though they have done this tactic to a lot more players than just me too. I need help to communicate with them; they won't transfer me to any managers, and they are now ignoring me.
$40,000 is a lot of money to just confiscate off anyone; you can see why I'm not happy because this is false advertising and a big scam.

I was approved after all the drama, and then now I can't even sign in. Please help.
Loss:
$40000

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Beware they are known for this they sell u a dream and let u withdraw small amounts but not large amounts

No pic you attached shows proof of anything being confiscated nor does any show proof of them accusing you of fraud. It says “withdrawal not approved , the money returned to your account”. It sounds like the address on your ID, your bank card and all utility bills/documents all don’t match.

That's not all the screen shots it didn't let me upload them all read above they had already approved my documents and told me to withdraw it again so I did and they bought it back up what happened is I moved houses and I updated my bank back in march but some how it had changed back to the old address which I never noticed so I updated again and got the numbers muddled I'm at 53 but put 52 was a typo and I had to update the bank again to the right address it's easily done I'm only human they have closed my account even though I proved my address with a government letter they then said I am verified but when I went to withdraw they put my account in review again for the same issue which I had given Al the proof they asked for by then my ird letter included and then they shut my account down I explained it was a typo as I am stressed because I find it hard trusting casinos and had no problems before when I've withdrawn only now I had been told I'm verified before the second attempt in the email
