Almost impossible to get a person on the phone. The staff is inept.

I am out of state and have been trying to reach a dear friend for days. Sometimes they just leave the phone off the hook after they answer it and never come back. This is not a place I would want anyone that I loved to be at.

My friend had a stroke and it took me forever to finally get him on the phone. It seems like I am going to have to make a 15 hour drive to see if he is O.K., I do not trust any of the staff.
