So i had to get in touch with his ex girlfriend who was the co founder of the company and only that way i got my solution. It took about 5 months and several threats.

He is really good at fraud and has been doing it for a couple of years now. You can find all of his info online and maybe you'll get a hold on him but i'm sorry to hear he's been scamming more people. I was banned from they facebook website because i warned everyone of the business.

I ordered two customised straps for my sister and I mid Jan. It cost $70 for both.

They said that it'll take 3-4 weeks for the strap. I waited for 5 weeks but no news and they wouldn't reply emails. I realised their website is no longer there and I suspected fraud.

I launched a dispute with PayPal early March but they said the claim wouldn't hold because it's past 45 days. They closed the case immediately after I launched it.

It's ridiculous and I'm sooooo pissed.

The US$70 isn't a small amount but yet PayPal wouldn't help to solve the problem. Boo.

I emailed Highkey and asked if they could create a custom strap with my brother's logo. They answered and said yes, and gave me instructions for sending it in.

I ordered it on December 11 using my debit card and waited the 5 weeks stated. The money was paid out immediately. After five weeks, I still hadn't received the order. I sent several email inquiries over the following weeks and received no response whatsoever.

February 4, I filed a complaint with my bank and got my $50.00 back from the bank. Hopefully they will take the money back from Highkey somehow.

I placed an order of a custom camera strap a few months ago and it never came. According to their website it takes from 4 to 5 weeks.

I waite patiently for 6 weeks, then started sending them emails. I went to their page again to contact them via an email and never recieved an answer.

I want my 35 dollars back!

I ordered a camera strap on July 23 2013 and never received it. The company took my $35 via Paypal for my order and never sent the camera strap.

I have sent multiple emails, have called and left messages in an anonymous voice mailbox, and have tweeted their business. They have not responded to any emails, calls, or tweets. I have also submitted a BBB complaint and several others have as well for the exact same issue.

They don't have a facebook presence so there is no way to complain there. They need to take down their ability to accept payment if they can't provide service.

Placed an order, paid through paypal. They say 4-5 weeks for delivery.

It's been now 9 weeks and haven't received anything. They do not provide a number on their web site just an email and physical address. I've been emailing them since the 4th week only to receive their generic reply which says something like they will contact me if they have any questions. Paypal won't take a claim because they have a 45 day time frame which with the 4-5 week time frame they give, it's already close to that.

Seems like they rip people off and other than tell others, there's nothing else we could do. Be warned, better to look for other vendors selling the same things.

I placed an order on December 14th, 2012 for a custom strap. In the FAQ section of the website, it reads:

Please give us up to 5 weeks to ship out your awesome new personalized camera strap.

Not a problem; I placed my order in enough time to receive by my last in-hands date, sent in my custom design on the template they provide on their site, and the money was withdrawn immediately after.

I never heard anything with an update about the status of the order, so I emailed on 12/30/2012 asking for an update. No response.

I emailed again on 01/13/2013. Still nothing.

The latest date I should have received the strap was 01/18/2013 and I needed it about a week after that date.

Now it was 01/31/2013 and I emailed again demanding a refund. Yeah, still no response.

I looked online and found the name and email of one of the founders; I sent an email to her asking if she could help. Unfortunately for me, she had sold her portion of the business several years prior, but told me that the new owners do not seem to respond to emails or get the straps shipped out in time. She said that they are still making the straps, though.

I still don't have what I purchased, they ignored my emails asking for an update and still have not given me a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
