High Tech Dental Clinic Reviews

My name is Kimberly and I went to Doctor Alberto Coto Calvo at High Tech Dental Clinic just outside of San Jose Costa Rica. This man broke my tooth causing 3 root canals to be preformed while in his care. He left me with 10 open margins ( the crowns are popped off my teeth ) and most importantly, he screwed up my *** so badly that I now suffer from severe TMJ, constant pain, can't eat or speak properly and other medical conditions. The cost to fix my *** alone is $35,000 ( which I don't have ) plus thousands more for additional work that I now need. The legal system in Costa Rica is a joke. After I arrived in Costa Rica to receive treatment from Doctor Coto he offered me a 10% commission on any or all American patients that I brought to him. He also stated that I could be paid to be used as a reference. So basically the reference that I spoke to in Georgia was in it for the money. Please don't trust any American reference from this man as they are not dealing at arms length. This man found a way to make it to a CBS local news station to advertise his medical tourism business. After viewing it on-line, I called the news station with my story and E-mailed them before and after x-ray's of my teeth, e-mails between Doctor Coto and I, plus medical reports of my condition and the severe negligence caused by Doctor Coto. The news station left messages with Doctor Coto's staff stating that they needed to speak to him to do a follow up report because of complaints by American patients. Doctor Coto has been giving CBS new the run around since before Thanksgiving and is basically blowing them off just as he blew me off after leaving me in this horrible condition. With 45 million Americans uninsured and over 30 million Americans under insured, millions are flocking abroad each year for medical and or dental treatment. Way too many people are receiving botched treatment which leaves them permanently injured and way to many people are dieing because of this.
