Service manager prejudice,insulting hurtful.
Today May 12,2023 I pulled into the service department and spoke with Dave the service manager and asked if he could do an inspection sticker for my bike. His reply was " no,it was too late". Between 4 and 5:30 pm Dave did 3 bike inspection, one being a friend of mine who had no appointment. Neither did the other two people because I actually asked them if they had an appointment .The only difference between all of us is the 3 who got a inspection stickers and myself is race. I can't believe I'm even saying this in 2023. But, doesn't surprise me with him. Also, would not pass my bike last year for inspection, although it did the same day, somewhere else. Obviously, his racism is not hidden, because it's not the first time. I'm disgusted, insulted and extremely hurt. I teach my grandchildren not to hate, perhaps a lesson needs to be learned. But someone like this will never change.

Terrible Sales Staff
Went to buy a an advertised bike. Prior to arriving I called to confirm it was still there. Was told it was but when I arrived shocking it was sold a day prior to my arrival. They advertised a sale with either average retail NADA value or discounted price for the amount of the sales tax. I was not offered either sale discounts and was tried to be sold a bike that was same year and model as advertised bike but had 1k more miles and was 3K more on the price. Will not ever shop here again after the experience I had today

Terrible After Sales / Service Department-
Terrible After Sales / Service Department- I would have given their Service Department a 0 if I could. Bought a 2017 CVO Limited; and made the unforgivable mistake of buying the V.I.P. package! Once you've paid for the V.I.P. package, they know you have been had. They already got your money for maintenance, hence they no longer need to make any effort whatsoever to earn your after sales business! At least, that is how High Octane Harley operates. I sate that after numerous major disappointments resulting out of High Octane failure to provide a fair and reasonable service. First and Foremost, the brand new CVO bike was delivered with a "dead battery" and low pressure "rear tire". I called the Dealership and their response was :"the bike had no problems when it left the dealership"....!!!! I bought an air compressor and a Harley battery Charger and dealt with it myself. Exactly 14 months later, I called to let them know the rear tire is still losing air pressure -albeit at a very slow pace- they said stop by and we will take a look at it. A few days later, I took the bike in and was told it will be a two-and-a-half hour wait, I waited and two hours later the bike was still out... the front desk person said they are too busy today, so I booked an appointment, and sure enough the following week I took the bike in again and was told this will be a four hour job... It was just before 10:00 am. I asked if they could be kind enough to text or call me to let me know the status. I took the afternoon off, waited for High Octane to text or call... to no avail. the following morning I called to check on the status, the same front desk guy (Joe) says he does not know when the bike will be ready! I tried to reason with him, but could not get anywhere. He does not know when the bike will be ready for me to pick up! He knew well I took the previous afternoon off, waited for him to text or call me, his answer was :"it will be ready when it will be ready". Buyers beware! and if you do end up buying a brand new bike from High Octane, just make sure you DO NOT BUY the V.I.P. package! once you do, you are SCREWED! they no longer need to earn your after sale business!

Charged $2,300 bucks OVER msrp!
I walked into High Octane Harley-Davidson in Billerica, MA on 4/29/2016 and purchased a 2016 FLTRX Road Glide in the Amber Whiskey color. I was told by the sales person that I was getting a discount on the MSRP price and the Amber Whisky color upgrade for "free", The unit cost to me was $23,999, Freight $495, Setup $962. They do not have prices listed on most bikes in stock so I assumed I would be paying MSRP from Harley Davidson. When I got home I went to the official Harley Davidson Web site and built my exact bike. The price for the exact same bike with the Amber Whiskey color upgrade $21,699 or $2,300 less than I paid. I then thought maybe high demand so they could charge more. I checked with other local dealers and found 3 with my exact same bike in stock for the MSRP price of $21,699 listed right on the bike. I have filed a complaint with MA Attorney General and informed Harley Davidson directly. I’m confused as to how Harley-Davidson can give the price for the motorcycle on their website and the dealer is allowed to mark up the price $2,300 over the MSRP listed price. I did try to get this issue fixed with the dealership and they were unwilling to make it right. My goal now is to inform as many potential customers of High Octane to be very aware and know they will rip you off if they can.
