I've deposited thousands into this site. I finally won a little $6,500, and after being verified, they say I need additional documentation, which I scanned and sent.
They are clear and legible. I think this is a tactic they use to get people to say, *** it,' and just cancel the redemption and play the money out!
I'm not giving up! I need answers!

- - Won $400 on High Five but cannot redeem; documents were deemed outdated and account remains blocked.
They are sending me emails stating I can now login to redeem but of course they have my account going to their silver games site. I'm still blocked.
They are under below. I have won $400 on High Five. I tried to redeem; once I tried to redeem, they told me that my documents were outdated. Now, mind you, they do not accept documents that are outdated, and they will not let you redeem without documents.
And I had redeemed before $100. They blocked my account, and they have since then emailed me and told me that my account was blocked in an error from the system and that my account was fully reinstated. My account is still blocked.
I have not received my $400, and they have not unblocked my account. They are liars, scammers, and will not pay you your money and try to keep your winnings.

What documents did you send ?
I sent in my identification and a bill that had my address on it that was it within the last 30 days I had redeemed on there before but it wasn't for as much as I win this time.
