I bought a spinach and red pepper quiche on Saturday 28th. On Sunday I cooked it as per instructions.
Within minutes I felt my hands burning and extremely itchy soon after my face and tung swelling eyes and throat closing up.
Was taken to A&E till early hours on Tuesday morning, they think it was an anaphylactic shock or an allergic reaction

Ive kept the carton it came in if you need to see it

Preferred solution: To find out if there were traces of fish. I have kept a sample if needed
