Don't know why all the bad reviews this is the only company that I use for car audio. Shipping is fast and always arrives 2 days after purchase. I've had to do some warranty issues before and customer service was excellent. what I paid for the whole set up was cheaper than speakers alone on other website. This place is awesome and I'll continue to purchase products from them..

I ordered dj lights stand from this company. The first stand showed up with a big scratch mark on them. When I emailed all they were willing to do was take 10 dollars off. When I wasn’t happy with that they shipped another stand. Long behold it showed up with a scratch mark!!! Emailed them and haven’t heard back from them yet. Don’t buy from them there customer service sucks and they do nothing for you.

I ordered a duel 12 inch sub box for a 98 f-150 truck, wasn't sure if it would fit before i ordered it so i spoke with customer service , even gave him my vin .# and he assured me it would fit. Well it didn't and when i called back after receiving it and trying to install it i was told to get a professional to install it. You got me this time but i nor anyone who asks me about you will not spend a penny with you. Oh and by the way i,am taking the time to make my own box and will send you a picture of it if you like.

I order a speaker set from hifi sound connection they sent me wrong items for my pt crusier so gentle men I spoke with Raymond said there going to send right item once I returned the items that were wrong back to them I have emailed him several times about when I can expect the right speakers and connecter and no answer so very disappointed for first time buyer will not buy again. And also will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Don’t buy from them

Ordered radio for my car- radio light didn’t work and CD player didn’t work. I paid 30 some dollars for shipping. They wanted me to return and pay shipping again for there broken radio. I would have paid more for shipping then I paid for radio. Horrible company don’t buy from them. I could have bought a brand new alpine radio for the price I would have payed to possibly had a working junk yard factory radio working from the,.

Sent a honda head unit in a plastic bag...broke upon delivery...wanted me to return and pay for shipping. I called and got a replacement. They shipped in two plastic bags and same result. Broke. Complained and now sending a third. I really think they are scamming the USPS for insurance. Knowing full well that their shipping methods caused the problem... Do not do business with them. Tgey should be investigated for fraud.

I attempted to order a set of speakers for my car but their website crashed before I got a confirmation the order went through. I again tried to order and this time it went through.

Within about 15 minutes, I received 2 emails confirming 2 separate orders. I was charged twice for the same order. I immediately called and explained what happened and asked that they cancel one of the orders. I was told that was not possible and they told me to "refuse" delivery of one of the packages.

Well, the packages arrived while I was at work. Now, I had to pay $40 to ship an order back then was charges a 20% restocking fee. Further, of the 6 speakers I ordered (which they stated fit my car) only 2 speakers actually fit. So, I also sent 4 speakers back and was again charged a 20% fee.

So basically I was charged $269.90 and was only refunded $108. Plus, I had to pay $40 in shipping. When I called them (several times) I was told they "were looking into it". 2 weeks later, I called (furious) and was told they will not refund me any more money....Sorry!

I will NEVER use them again. Unfortunately, I did not look at reviews before I ordered. My bad!

I was stunned to see the hundreds of complaints against them!! Beware of these guys, they will rip you off!!

4 months and I’m still fighting for my money. 2 broken orders sent to me no email responses call and customer service has a million excuses. Filed a complaint with the BBB now they won’t give me my money back. FRAUD!!!

They are unwilling to do the right thing. Based on my experience they have not lived up to their motto to make it right. Shipped incorrect product.

I went to the website and selected speakers based on the criteria that the HiFiSoundConnection website requested in order to identify which speakers I needed. The 4 speakers I received were not the exact match, I only wanted an identical swap out, no upgrade. I called HiFiSC and they informed me that I would need to pay to send them back. The agent confirmed that I was sent the correct speakers based on what I input into the website. I explained over and over that I used their website to select the speakers, I didn't choose blindly, the agent said to me "Well, you should've called us first." That totally goes against having a website that allows customers to order from. The agent also suggested I somehow make the new speakers fit despite the discrepancy. They also had the audacity to imply that I made the mistake by saying, "Well you ordered them." This was after I confirmed with the agent that a customer merely had the go to the website and locate the desired items without any assistance. They did offer to pay half of shipping, not sure how that was going to happen, but now I'm thinking this was a ploy because I have not heard anything from them except to say I have a store credit for the 2 speakers I did return, at my expense. The other part of this is that I decided to be a good sport, chop the *** out of my doors and install the two speakers that were indeed blown out. Not wanting to go through that again I returned the other 2 speakers and they called saying I have a store credit. I called again and spoke to someone named Ed. He seemed to get it, saying if he had handled it from the start he would have issued a paid return label. If that would've been done I would've been happy to continue doing business with them. I did take pictures initially. So pissed.

I am a musician (drummer) and have been buying and selling musical instruments for last 10+ years. And I need to say that my buying experience with this company was the worst one in my life.

On March 9th I've placed an order on their website - http://www.hifisoundconnection.com

- Paiste 19 Inch Rude Series Crash/Ride Cymbal with Long Sustain & Integrated Bell Character (112****)

- Paiste Rude Series 14-Inch Sound Edge Hi-Hat Cymbals with Pronounced Stick Sound (112****)

- Paiste Rude Series 18-Inch Crash/Ride Cymbal with Strong & Balanced Stick Sound (112****)

- Paiste 20-Inch Rude Series Novo China Cymbal with Bright & Silky Sound Character (112****)

All cymbals were "in stock and ready to ship" as it was stated on their website. Paid money in full and were expecting to get all the cymbals as usual in 4-6 business days maximum.

First cymbal was received as expected on Sat 3/12/2016 and it was new. No problems. But after it..

Next parcel was received only on Thu 3/24/2016 and:

- Paiste 20" Rude Novo China Cymbal (112****) - was fine

- Paiste 14" Rude Sound Edge Hi-Hat Cymbals (112****) - I've received only bottom cymbal without top one.

- Paiste 18" Crash/Ride Cymbal (112****) - came with a bent on the edge. Totally damaged.

I've contacted customer support by phone and spend several hours explaining that hi-hat supposed to have top and bottom cymbal and I've received only the bottom one. They told me that they don't have it in stock and this problem should have been caused by unprofessional Paiste warehouse workers who didn't ship 14" top hi-hat cymbal to me and told me that I need to wait until Paiste will send it to me. About the damaged Paiste 18" crash/ride I was told that I need to wait until FedEx will pick it up, deliver it to their warehouse and they will send me the new one. OK. I've been waiting almost 1 week for this pickup, finally they send the replacement to me, but...

On Fri 4/08/2016 - I received new Paiste 18" crash/ride but it again came totally damaged (another cymbal with bent and dents on the edges around the cymbal).

I've contact hifisoundconnection customer support again. They again told me sorry and that I need to send it back for a replacement. And still (as they said) they didn't have any information about Paiste 14" top cymbal from Paiste and they don't have it in stock to ship it to me. I looked through their website and eBay shop and found out that they are selling this 14" top hi-hat cymbal and it was written everywhere "more than 10 pieces in stock" (So they were lying to me during 1 month, saying that they don't have it in stock).

I was angry and after a long talk (it took nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes for them to accept the fact that they have top 14" hi-hat top cymbal in stock) they finally promised (I have screenshots of this chat on their website if you are interested) to send 14" hi-hat top cymbal to me immediately and issue a full refund for 18" crash/ride once they receive damaged one from me (because I've decided to buy it from another shop). OK.

On Tue 4/19/2016 I received 14" top hi-hat and it was not brand new (looked like demo item and was packed and terrible box) but I was happy to get it anyway after almost 2 months of waiting.

I've sent the second damaged 18" crash/ride to them and have been waiting for a full refund (as it was promised by their customer support), but I again.. I was not ready for the surprise... Once they have received it, they have sent me the "new one"!! NOT A REFUND as they promised!

And the most terrible thing is that when I received the third 18" crash-ride from them with big dent on the edge! It was a worst cymbal condition of all 3 cymbals they sent to me!

When I've contacted them and told that I want to get money, not this damaged cymbal I received an answer saying "We can only process a refund within 14 days from the order date as stated in our return policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. In addition, we can only authorize return within 30 days from the order date. Let us know if you need any further assistance."

So now, after 2 months and a lot of time spend on this guys I have totally damaged cymbal, no money and feeling that I've being ripped of by this guys. I have a feeling that they knew what they were doing and what they were shipping.. It was their plan I guess.

And I also want to say that all shipping boxes were fine, so it is obviously not fault of delivery service. It was packed being already damaged on their warehouse.

I am filling in a lawsuit against them right now. So if anyone had experienced problems with this "company", please contact me.
