Lifetime Guarranty is only joking

I bought 3 pairs of Hid from them. Now one bulb from each pairs are burned. I went to hidkitxenonlights.com for the guarranty, the domain is been shut down. I called the numbers on the shipping package (800-834-****), they told me to go Chat with XenonPro.com I chatted with xenonpro.com, one guy said the guarranty department is closed today, a different guy said they’re open but my order numbers is not from their company. I called back to their numbers on the shipping boxes, they said that their numbers never showed on the shipping boxes and i lied. To what i understand is that: They just don’t stand behind their products guarranty so they changed their website domain but still keeping their numbers. Don’t be fool by the “100% satisfaction guarranty “ on their website.

Thisis a sacm...dont even bother buying from this company. They sell you lifetime warranty on top of the 1 year warranty. Anyways my lights went out twice within the year, they won't even honor the warranty. The first time had to pay $20, to cover shipping and handling ( a new kit cost $49) which is almost half of a brandnew kit, what happenes with the warranty. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. dont waste your money on the hid kit they sell. My friend bought from xenonwarehouse....no problem at all......

I purchased a kit. had the light bulb go out. called the company was told the bulbs were not under warrenty. I purchased them again. they went out again. went to the web site. It states the bulbs are under the warranty called the company they said to email them and they would send the bulbs out right away. asked for a refund for the 2nd purchase. they ignored that request. 6 weeks later and several emails later they keep saying they will send but will not give a tracking # and still no bulbs. told them I would lodge a complait with the bbb. said again then would resend. still no bulbs. I would not do business with them again and would recomend to try another company with better customer service.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CAR XENON HID
I purchased a headlight assembly kit on a Friday. I paid extra to have it shipped to me overnight. I was driving without headlights at this point. The package did not arrive the next day or the next day or the next day. I called American Express and put in a claim that I had not received the package and was disputing the charge. They immediately put in a claim. It took quite a long time for the company to reply back to AmEx. Finally, AmEx provides me with paperwork that I did receive it. I did receive it approximately one week later and it was the WRONG part. The 'salerep' told me he would credit me the extra money for the overnight delivery. Well, DUH! I was so busy trying to get my car fixed, I wasn't thinking about this wrong part that sat in my trunk for awhile. Now I am trying to return the part and no one will return my phone call nor answer my email. The customer service at this company is NON EXISTENT. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I promise you, you will regret it. Google this company and see the few sites of customer complaints. They are mostly saying the same thing regarding customer service. The one guy I did get to speak to when he was finally answering the calls, was rude and could care less that I wasn't satisfied or that it was the incorrect part. I have NEVER dealt with a company that was so disorganized and so anti good customer service. I can't say it enough, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CAR XENON HID. They are a rip-off and not customer friendly at all. I'm surprised how they manage to stay in business.

worst decision ever,i bought this product for the lifetime warranty and bulb replacement, also it was advertised with a relay harness which was not included and the headlights are different colors when i contacted them i was told that i didnt need the relay they would work fine, after telling them i wanted a new replacement i was informed that i need to install the relay and i got so pissed i flipped out after reading the warranty information, these people should be put in jail.. this *** shouldnt happen and now im out a 100 dollars its amazing this company isnt being prosecuted

Don't buy anything from this site. Although i did get my order the ballast burned out in a few months. No reply to any emails, not possible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. The warranty is not honored. I don't know why I have to put in 100 words as that is exactly what happened. I'm filling up this area just to commit my review. Can't find order placed 10/7/14
I had called twice Tuesday, once to find out if I was in your system which the person I talked to said I was and the next was to place the order. I placed the order on Tuesday 10/7/14 at about 4:30 pm for 2 hid headlights bulbs for my 2011 Ford F150. The person I talked to was very hard to understand but he stated that he had the 2 bulbs I had requested. He took my credit card info and stated that an comformation email would be coming shortly and that I would receive my order on or about Monday. I have tried to call back but can't seem go get anybody to answer your phone - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thanks or your assistance Rick Reardon

Defective product. Lifetime Warranty not honored. Difficult to contact. What is apparently the only employee is rude. They want you to send them MORE money on top of the money you've already spent to purchase the product that does not work and then they CLAIM that they will send you a replacement. Fool me once..................? Beware: if you think you can rely on your bank to reverse the charge to your Visa card you need to know that they can't protect you either unless the charge was made within the last 120 days. So you are on your own to check out these internet companies BEFORE you throw away your money on false advertising and cheap products.

This was an unfortunate experience. You will not receive the customer support that they brag about. I unfortunately did not check here before buying from this company. When I had questions on the cancellers that I ordered, I was met with no responses. I went online and chatted with them. I was told I would receive a response as long as I emailed customer service with all my pertinent order info. I got one response and I can only assume that from there on out they put me to spam as I have gotten nothing further. I really wish they would provide the support for their products that they sell.

I will never buy again from them.I have requested replacement light bulbs.What they did is ordered hid light bulbs from Ebay seller.This Ebay seller sent me hid light bulbs cost $10 cheap stuff.They should have sent their own hid light bulbs replacement which they sell those.What happened to Hid light bulbs which is made in GERMANY.All lies.....I paid over $120 for expensive HID KITS.I couldn't believe i got replacement was from ebay. DO NOT BUY !!! NOTE... THE ORIGINAL HID KIT BOX AND HID KIT ITSELF DOES NOT SAY MADE IN GERMANY ANYWHERE.Here is pictures approved.Plus they should say lifetime warranty is from EBAY STUFF (CHINA MADE).

"I requested that HID Kit Xenon Lights send me replacement HID light bulbs. They did not send me the correct replacement light bulbs. Instead HID Kit Xenon Lights ordered HID light bulbs from a China ebay shop and had that shop send the cheap HID light bulbs to me instead. I paid $???.?? and ??.?? for shipping."
Why did you request they send you replacement HID bulbs? How long did the ones you have last? What was wrong with them? Can you verify they were German made and not from a resell shop out of a China ebay store? Did you call them and talk with someone from the store? What is the return policy?
Did you read out loud to someone what you wrote before posting it? It is horrible English.

They did not respond to my emails once I requested an Return Material Authorization (RMA).
I bought a HID Xenon conversion kit for my vehicle's fog lights on June 15 2013. I wanted the brilliant yellow 3000K portrayed on their alternate website, HIDXenonConversionKit.com When I received the kit and installed it in my vehicle, the lights were a faded yellow, not at all like what was on their website. You can also see that the tint coating is barely applied. As they supposedly have a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, I sent an email requesting an RMA. They replied requesting a photo of the lights. I sent that in July 26 2013. As I did not receive a response within two weeks, I sent regular followup emails (four more emails, finally ending September 23 2013). I decided recently to pick up the pace and sent another email on December 4 2013 and I am going to spread the warning on as many websites as I can.

The company, Hidkitxenonlights, claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but instead there was no attempt whatsoever to satisfy me or assist me with my return. In fact, I tried for 3 weeks to get a call back or a response to my email. It says you will get a response within 24 hours, but instead I received no response. After multiple attempts on live chat, I finally got an angry, sarcastic, rude and unhelpful person who claimed to be the supervisor and would not provide me with the name of his supervisor. Avoid buying anything from this company. It is not reputable.
