AI Highlights
  • - Little time to get new passes and poor communication.
  • - We pay rent but cars were towed.
  • - Notices for passes were missing; towing seems rule-based.

It doesn't make a sense that we didn't have any time to get the new passes. The communication is bad at this property.

We pay rent and to wake up and have our cars towed for this is unbelievable. She sent the message out on the June 1st. But this is what I dont understand they put a notice on everyone door about a pool party that wasnt important but we didnt get a notice on the door at the passes.then you all have the towing company that makes there own rules.

Towing for dead inspection or tags they arent the police. You guys dont care about the residents that live here its all just a money game and its ridiculous.

User's recommendation: No I wouldn’t recommend this property
