Refuse to cancel order for cancelled wedding.
The company refuses to acknowledge any sort of cancellation, and talks in circles. They will be sending the order, despite my many attempts to cancel.
My wedding was cancelled. Hidden Botanics refuses to cancel my order, going so far as telling me they will be mailing me flowers near the date my wedding was supposed to be.
What a cruel reminder.
They initially offered store credit, but have since back tracked on that. They are not trustworthy.
