Don't buy from here!!

I ordered an HID kit from them with 6000k bulbs, after receiving the unmarked package with no instructions I assembled the kit and installed it into my car. I quickly found that my bulbs were a very deep blue color and did not match the bulb I had requested.

After calling cs who was extremely unhelpful I found that they did not care about their screwup. I wound up having to order new bulbs so that I would not have to pay the restocking fee for a return.

The charge for the new bulbs was the same amount of money I would have lost if the kit was returned. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and shop elsewhere.

Hidheadlightkit.com *** Warranty

Ordered from this company a little over a month ago. Got my HIDs about 12 days after ordering.

Installed them, and for 3 weeks they looked great... until a bulb burned out. Called the company to have the bulb replaced under the 1 year warranty plan. Was told I would get an email with instructions.

Waited 2 days for the email and called them again. Their phone service was down for maintenance. Tried back 2 days later and the service rep said he'd resubmit the email request. Finally 5 days later I get emailed with instructions on how to submit my warranty claim.

Turns out you have to break the bulb and submit a picture in order to have them send out a fresh bulb. Problem is, you need to send it to a link provided in the email... only, there was no link provided in any of the emails they sent. And even if I were to hypothetically send out the pictures of my broken bulb to the proper link, it still takes an additional 2 days to process the request, and another 12-14 days for them to ship out another bulb.

It's not worth the hassle!!! I paid $90 to learn a hard lesson.

If you gotta buy something like HIDs for your car, just buy from a local outlet. Mush better to deal with people standing in front of you.

Hidheadlightkit.com charged a 25% restocking fee for defective unit

Bought HID headlights and fog lights for my F150 truck, Bought the premium light kits and lifetime warranty on both units as well. Installed the headlights on a Friday and by Sunday one of the headlights quit working.

Call and tried to trouble shoot problem with CS agent. Was told to switch bulbs to check if that was the problem. After doing so, the bulbs were fine it was the ballast the was bad. Found out that the kit wouldn't work with my auto lamp feature as well.

After Returning all the equipment in the original boxes, and never installed the fog lamps. I was charged a 25% restocking charge for my entire order, warranty and shipping and unused fog lamps. Called to complain and was told that was company policy.

Don't buy cheap hidheadlightkit.com HID lights that were advertise as premium product at a premium price and didn't preform for even 3 days, then get skinned for $79.00 dollars. Rip Off

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ORDERED MY KIT OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AND I WAS SENT ALL THE WAY HERE WITH IN LIKE 3 DAYS SO NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS PRETTY STOKED TO HAVE HID'S IN MY CAR. EXCEPT IT NEVER CAME. I TRACKED IT AND IT SAID UNDELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED BUT THE THING IS, I GAVE THEM THE CORRECT ADDRESS. THEY HAVE THE CORRECT ADDRESS ON FILE.

I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED ALL WEEK AND IVE STILL GOT NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT. I DONT SEE HOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS... I PAYED YOU FOR THE *** KIT ONLY SEEMS FAIR THAT I ACTUALLY HAVE MY *** KIT TOO.

AND NOW I FIND OUT THAT THERE *** QUALLITY? *** hidheadlightkit.com

Not good for use in Canada. You have to disable your daytime running lights to use these (which is against Federal law in Canada) and on my car 2005 Mazda3 with the auto sensing lights those will not work either so you have to also turn the lights on and off each time you get in the car.

I contacted customer service which told me I could return them but that they charge a 25% restocking fee. Would have been nice to know this before buying them.

Pretty bad customer service because they dont explain all of this to you before purchasing them.
