I had two items in my cart and went to place my order. Four times I tried to place my order but each time it brought me back to my cart.
It would not place my order. I wrote an email and I tried calling three different numbers and was on hold 20 minutes at a time with no answer.

Customer Service protocol
- Order confirmation showed 12/24 delivery as the latest I specified.
- Calls led to automated options with little help; I won't order again.
Noticed with computer generated confirmation that my order is to be delivered 12/24 I indicated, when ordering, that was the LATEST to be delivered.
When calling to talk about this, no matter what number I dialed, I got the same computer generated run around with very few choices on who to get help from. I think I won't be ordering again. Very unhappy.
Preferred solution: Talk to a human or at least converse online/chat, without being charged. I just want my order delivered prior to the date I saw on my slip.

Hickory Farms has ruined Christmas for me. I placed an order to be delivered Dec.
21-23, 2020. ORDER #W00083821 I received an email last night saying part of it was already shipped and would be delivered Dec. 12th, this is not what I asked for and not what I paid for. I called your customer service and they couldn't do much.
Fedex wasn't much help either. I need this fixed ASAP. YOU SCREWED UP, NOT ME.

Do not buy unless packing changed. Pepper bits stock on everything!!!! Paper shredding stuck on everything. Difficult to pick off fabrics, floor, towels and bedroom shoes to name a few. Shredding
Lightweight carried by airflow and went everywhere. Not worth it. Change stuffing.
