I ordered a vintage styled scope from them, and when received, it was damaged... I immediately contacted Hi-Lux and advised of the condition of the item received...
I even sent them pictures... I ended up sending everything back to them as I was extremely displeased with what was happening... Then the next worse thing happened...
I did not receive a copy of the refund from Hi-lux... I had to search it down...
When I found it, I see they kept $53.00... I contacted them and Chris told me the item was inspected and was not as it was sent, and that is why they kept some of my money... Bull $4!7!!!... Had you inspected the item prior to shipping it, I assure you it should never had left the shop...
I will never do business with this company ever again...
You've shown me that you will result to underhanded tactics... What was it, just to regain the shipping costs?... If so, shame on you...
As well, the scope is Chinese made... probably not the best source...
I was refunded the rest of the funds...
And they sent me a copy of the refund...
They should have handled it this way in the beginning... Charging a customer for your lack of attention is not the way to do business...
