Lots of awful stuff we are told that for 3 people 30 gallon water tank is good we do t have hot water to shower . Frig freezes food . Bugs where does it end 4 floods for varied reasons we are done its not a good place to live trash out of controll all over all the time and thats the truth this place is disgusting metal debris all over gone thru the parking cleaning up for years I am so done

This place is awful the word gotcha has just got to stop . We have had major things going on here .
Water damage. Washing machine over flowed causing a flood. Frozen food because the refrigerator is old . Replaced the refrigerator and gave us a $60 gift certificate.
Hot water heater replace after that caused water damage.
We can only take 5 minute showers because they put in the wrong hot water . 30 gallon for 3 people we are so done thats just a small list
