Denied Claims
Unable to receive payment for services provided or continue to bill due to HHAeXchange uploading the authorizations incorrectly. Ticket regarding issue sent and still NO reply.
48 hours to review and/or correct there uploading error is understandable but a week of NO REPLY (ghosting) is unacceptable. Please correct this issue ASAP!
App log in issues
Log in issues with app since u started working I had been having issues logging in the app would constantly say my agency needs to fix the issue the whole time my agency had put. The wrong information in the wrong field which caused so much confusion

Verified ReviewerResolved: Incomplete Registration - Missing Contract
Yet another disheartening issue. I was elated to FINALLY gain access to the provider portal but to my surprise my agency is still UNABLE to provide patient contract with managed was not added on my provider portal.
So not only did managed care advise me we are not linked we are unable to start patient care to the patient. My initial survey application was completed correctly and now not entered to serve it's purpose PATIENT CARE. When can we have our portal setup correctly so we can provide the required care to our assigned patient. This is beyond frustrating and my client is extremely upset this has taken over a month.
We have provided the necessary requirements to start service to members why is it so difficult to add my contracted provider so we can do the job we are required to due to meet the start of care compliancy? PLEASE assist us as soon as possible to we can give the much-needed care by our agency per the patients request from our agency.

Per certain managed care contracts providers are required to use HHAexchange so we have no other options
Two survey applications (advised to do so), almost two months, state they are here to assist you and will get back to you as soon as possible...it takes almost two months to assist a provider?How can this be?! Multiple emails and ticket numbers again advising sorry we will get to you as soon as possible, then close your ticket after THEY still have not assist you regarding your issue.
How can workers work if you can't gain access to this portal as required? Has any other providers experienced this nightmare?

I need assistance with the portal set up I have tried to call and still waiting on the phone and has been over 1hour and 30 minutes Im just not understanding the reason why the wait is so long. I also need a letter of approval to IDORS so I can submit for approval of becoming a provider with them. Can someone please assist me?
