Sensor works but no pictures????
The person that helped me was nice but said I had a broken camera. Duh!
He said I had to mail it back to where I bought it and I dont have a vlue who thst was so Iam just screwed!
I guess Ill get another one but Ill get a better brand for sure. Not happy!

Resolved: Camera Doorbell Failing To Upload Pictures
Managed To Troubleshoot Problem.
Friday 21st April 2023 Camera Doorbell failed to upload pictures. Called Kangaroo Customer Service.
They confirmed there was a glitch and they were fixing it. For three days it was fine. 25th April 2023 same happened again. Advisor guided me to reconnect it to my phone, which worked.
Overall good. I am now considering buying another Video Camera Doorbell.

Cancel service
I have been trying to cancel my service for a long time but yalls app doesnt allow it and you guys dont answer calls or call back

Once you try it you can never stop paying. They just charge after you quit
Called and cancelled service didn't like product. Never used the service and still get charged.
Last year they answered the phone. This year no customer service

Now every time I've called they hang up on me I go to tick tock because I am famous I'm letting you know that you're all a joke and you're not listening up my folks this is not a game this is not a plea you all took my money and you I paid a fee now you want to play with my life because of your insecure out of state out of country people that you work with my house has been broken into over and over the police were here today and my *** is still over I'm not playing nor will I call one more time to be hung up on your customer service sucks as a company if you can't get this right don't be a business but I'll put you all on black I promise that I will tick tock famous that's a true fact something happens to me you're all liable because I have the *** that I need to know that I hear what I see you guys don't know that it's not safe not to have this camera working because it's my fate my son died of the virus and I'm dying now but I'm not going to go out with a clown you guys need to get this issue fixed right now the camera works the time doesn't look it up my friends I already had your service and I had to get a new one a new device because of other one failed I paid a service now you keep your bargain or we're going to have a very big problem

I cannot get a return phone call I've had my doorbell service for about a year and they're not working I did have my front door replaced and it's still not working I never received phone calls back and I'm not happy with the service I am disabled and I enjoyed the service but they stop working

Been hung up on over 15 times my son just died of the virus and I have it too

Agree. Same happened to me. Tried to cancel many times but subscription continues to be deducted from my bank account without authorisation.
