My HP photosmart 6520 is about 2 1/2 yr old. When Apple went to latest OS 10 HP has not updated the drivers. I called the offshore help desk- no answers. I emailed the CEO over 5mo ago and the team referred me back to the offshore Help desk. So I can only conclude HP WOULD RATHER SELL YOU A NEW PRINTER THAN FIX THE DRIVERS FOR A 2YR OLD ONE. This hp all in one computer is absolutely the worst thing I have purchased in my life. Took warranty, found out that just covers 1 thing? Ridiculous. I will lose a lot of money on this non working piece of ***. Never again will I make the mistake again. Apple, Dell, here I come.

HP PC's - Urgent - DO NOT BUY - Rubbish After Sales. So the story is, HP agree to pick up my PC for repair when the PC has 2 days left of the extended warranty. Normal as far as I am concerned. So today i get a call from HP saying the PC is damaged and that they will not fix it unless I pay 174 euros. I ask why and they say that the PC case is damaged. i ask in what way and they say.... HP tried to get me to pay $99.00 because they said my problems were because the warranty on my software expired. I was having problems with my WiFi adapter. They said if I paid the $99.00 I can get a 14 day warranty on the software.
