Good morning , I am long time customer at this gas station even when it was Hess , I love this store, live by it , yesterday after noon just getting out of work came to put gas and buy some other items, staying in line waiting to be serve, and I myself hear staying in line from your co worker name Eduardo some older gentle man was rude to some customer , this gentle man has no type of customer service what's so ever.. Not people friendly at all. All the time I enter the store there is never hello are you doing or may I help you with something today, this gentle man is always serious and never smiles since I been coming here for the pass year and a half.

- - Night shift Hess employee swore at me.
- - Door was locked at 11:45 pm; I couldn't hear a response.

The store in Middletown RI tonight topped every other time i have gone to Hess the guy that works the night shift swore at me. I went to use the door at 11:45 pm. The door was locked. The guy behind the counter said something. I couldn't hear him . I asked him what. He screamed GO TO THE *** WINDOW!!! Never the less these things happen every time he is working i have waited countless times for him come to the window and waited for ten minutes or more then left and went to shell even though it is out of my way. A lot of my friends have told me that that guy is very rude. I am going to tell everyone i know I will never go to Hess again after this incident.

Damage to my car by wind blown trash can lid
- - Windy day; a trash lid blew under my car and had to be removed.
- - Next day, tire leaked from a knocked loose sensor; no reply after a month.
On 10/20/11 I entered a Hess station at Academy & grant aves.Phila Pa 19114,it was a very windy day with gusts up to 50 mph.Upon entering I heard a loud noise and felt something dragging under my car.The mansger saw what happened, the lid from a trash container blew off a became lodged under my car. the manager and had to jack the car up to remove it.
It caused minimal damage to my car door on the passenger side.I filled out a brief report at the request of the manager.The next day the tire on the same side of car developed a slow leak,I took it to a tire shop and was told the air pressure sensor had been knocked loose by the impact. I returned to the station and spoke to the manager and he told me to call the company my self as he did all he could by submitting the report. I made two calls one week apart and was told some one would get back to me. I have not heard a thing in more than a month.As a direct result neither I nor any member of my family will patronize a Hess station.
I had just purchased the car thirty minutes before the incedent.
