★★★★★ Bad Fuel Filled up with Diesel 4 times in in a month on 4/20/16 tanked up and my new f350 went 1 mile before a fuel issue water in fuel after spending $661.00 on repairs they denied my claim. I have been going there for fuel since it was the Hess station No Good Stay Away. Taking them to Small claims in Ocean County .. As of Today they have reopened my Claim we hope to resolve this matter ASP and go forward with our fueling needs, with Speedway Ron Meelheim

Hess and the city of Orlando trashy disgusting losers
The city of Orlando is full of nasty angry rude people and trash people. The filthiest Losers live In Orlando. I was at a hess gas station on lee vista rd. the female cashier was so rude. She was a dumb ugly Rude spic with a bad attitude. Horrible person. This was mar 1 at night. Then a *** spic family of angry dumb animals came. These horrid freaks literally crowded around me and got way too close to me. Why are these dumb useless monkeys crowding people in. Orlando has the rudest most pitiful ugliest people on the planet and so much disgusting rude Hispanic ugly garbage. Orlando u suck and ur residents are total Trash and garbage. The people of Orlando aren't just rude they are filthy evil no mannered crazy monsters and freaks. The nasty Puerto Ricans or loud dumb spics are some of the worst

Good morning , I am long time customer at this gas station even when it was Hess , I love this store, live by it , yesterday after noon just getting out of work came to put gas and buy some other items, staying in line waiting to be serve, and I myself hear staying in line from your co worker name Eduardo some older gentle man was rude to some customer , this gentle man has no type of customer service what's so ever.. Not people friendly at all. All the time I enter the store there is never hello are you doing or may I help you with something today, this gentle man is always serious and never smiles since I been coming here for the pass year and a half.

Hess Express - Rude Service Review from Phoenix, Arizona
The store in Middletown RI tonight topped every other time i have gone to Hess the guy that works the night shift swore at me. I went to use the door at 11:45 pm. The door was locked. The guy behind the counter said something. I couldn't hear him . I asked him what. He screamed GO TO THE *** WINDOW!!! Never the less these things happen every time he is working i have waited countless times for him come to the window and waited for ten minutes or more then left and went to shell even though it is out of my way. A lot of my friends have told me that that guy is very rude. I am going to tell everyone i know I will never go to Hess again after this incident. One very unsatisfied former Hess customer

Damage to my car by wind blown trash can lid
On 10/20/11 I entered a Hess station at Academy & grant aves.Phila Pa 19114,it was a very windy day with gusts up to 50 mph.Upon entering I heard a loud noise and felt something dragging under my car.The mansger saw what happened, the lid from a trash container blew off a became lodged under my car. the manager and had to jack the car up to remove it. It caused minimal damage to my car door on the passenger side.I filled out a brief report at the request of the manager.The next day the tire on the same side of car developed a slow leak,I took it to a tire shop and was told the air pressure sensor had been knocked loose by the impact. I returned to the station and spoke to the manager and he told me to call the company my self as he did all he could by submitting the report. I made two calls one week apart and was told some one would get back to me. I have not heard a thing in more than a month.As a direct result neither I nor any member of my family will patronize a Hess station. I had just purchased the car thirty minutes before the incedent. Not spending anymore money at Hess either. Tried to go get re-hired and got turned down by the marketing rep, even though I gave a two-weeks notice and explained how I was treated by my manager :sigh :( .
What a *** company. No wonder they're going out of the retail business :x .
