Hello, I have concerns about my rental returns. Everytime I receive my rental receipt when I return my vehicle, they have been charging me for cleanings. I was charged $150 for the vehicle that I had
- - Tire flat; undrivable 2 days; oil light on.
- - Charged for towing and hotel/meals for 7.
- - Rented SUV nearly a month for about $2000; $150 dirt overcharge.
Tire flat. Couldn't drive the vehicle for 2 days.
Oil light on to be replaced. Wanted me to pay to have the vehicle towed for repair. I had to pay extra for hotel stay for 7 people and meals. I was overcharged $150 because they said the car was dirty.
All they had to do was vacuum. I paid almost $2000 for the rental of the SUV. I didn't own it.
I had it for almost a month. Inconsiderate and unethical.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not go to Hertz in Tallahassee, Fl on Tennessee st.They want let me upload pictured. Beware of them o er charging for cleaning.
