Hertz claims management has to be the worst people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Non-responsive, rude, and failure to except responsibility for drivers actions. Insurance companies are ridiculous and money driven. Hertz is the Satan of insurance companies. Incompetent and slow and *** joke. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON. Please take this seriously.
