Do not recommend at all

We have lost money because we are unable to haul people in the cab of our truck due to the smell. Dealership refuses to help or acknowledge the issue was caused by their external vendor.

Hertrich Ford of Milford is a joke. Their service department is horrible. The service manager hides information to make herself look better. Ford Corporate wants you to tell them how to fix the issue.

Ford has lost a valuable customer. We bought a 90,000.00 truck which now isn't worth $20 because of their dealership, franchised or not, they are the face of Ford.

The dealerships that represent you all suck. You allow them to represent you in the worst light. I will never buy another ford product ever. I tried using your customer service line and that is the most frustrating experience that I have ever had. When you buy a 90000.00 truck and one of your dealerships *** it up...you cover for them and there are no repercussions at all.
