Poor management of service appointments

simple oil change-that's it!

dropped off truck 15 mins early for a 2:00 appt.

sat in waiting room 1hour 20 mins...truck has not been moved..it's right in front of their desk..when I asked about it, they said it would be taken back in a moment.

15 mins later-they took it back. why make an appointment?
