I'm having hard roling the Suit Case because the wheels won't roll or stocked, especially if the
suitcase is full of clothes.

Broken luggage
Got luggage from zappos, used once wheel fell off during traveling. I sent an email with pictures. This is my second luggage from your company and I had no issues with that one during travel time.

They won’t contact me and I want my missing merchandise
Placed an order and they took almost 3 weeks to ship it. Once I received my order, they were missing a lunchbox.
They will not answer the phone or even reply to my emails. Ive sent at least 20 of them and nothing yet. Buyer beware!! I wouldnt recommend shopping on their site.
Ive never encountered such bad customer service. They DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EVER!!

Ordered on 8/8 and my order still hasnt shipped out. Then when I call and emailno response!?! What kind of company is this!!
Never ordering from here again and I had so many friend ask me where to get a good backpack for school. Never recommending them again!!

Problem with order
Customer service is non-existent. Backpack is way too small.
Tried to return it and get a larger more expensive one, but can't even seem to get ahold of customer service on the phone or a reply by email.
What a joke. this will be the last item I buy from Herschel

customer service nonexistent. never got a confirmation email even thought they took the money out of my card.
nobody answers my dozens of calls and emails. waited for live chat for over an hour. was excited about this purchase because its a gift for a friend and i own several herschel bags but this is unacceptable.
ive seen multiple reviews on faulty products, i dont want one. i want a full return so ANSWER ME.

Don’t buy from this company, bad customer service and slow to give refunds!
They dont answer phones or emails and are very slow to issue returns. When you do get a person to answer your call, they are rude and dismissive.
I will NEVER buy from this company again. There are way cuter bags out there!!!

Backpack not suitable for laptops
Bought the mid size city backpack from Herschel which is obviously for a laptop, but when I sent them an email saying the closure pops open all the time, they informed me it’s only for purse type items!
