One skein of yarn missing. Rep very pleasant and helpful.
I will use Herrschners again and again Love the yarn I ordered. Discount yarn was very nice. When I ordered it had my no idea what it would be like. I was very pleased.
Now I dont have enough symbols and have nothing else to submit. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again!

Called Herschners. Took 6 days to get to Winston-Salem.
Given to USPS on 3/9 who forwarded it to Okeechobee Fl. Had to call uSPS. Got a shipping number & told to call my local post office. By that time it was after 4:30 pm Will call again tomorrow.
Please stop using DHL!! Today’s date is 3/29. Pkg left Herschners 3/3. This is totally unacceptable.
Have used Herschners for many years. Very unhappy with this experience.
