Where in Rochester, NY, can I find them? They are out everywhere; it's been over a week. I am disappointed because here's declined to answer my simple question.

Resolved: Complaint
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I found a sharp, black object, an inch long, fried in my chips! I have pictures that I will post. I have not been able to speak to someone regarding how disgusting this is and how it got past quality control.

Fried object found in chips
Fried object found in bag while eating. I took pictures. It looks like a smashed giant centipede that's been fried!

Resolved: Complaint I found deep fried black plastic in my chip bag.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
It made me sick. It made me sick to look at my food, knowing what was in the bag. It just kept making me nauseous, so much that I threw up.

What is going on with the chip's.
Bag full of small pieces. The party size bag.
And the medium size too. I have been eating Herr's for some time I am 65yr old.
Please help me out. I love you HERR'S.

Can't find long hots and provolone any where I found them once at Wawa
The customer service woman was great! She told me that Herrs discontinued the long hots and provolone chips!!
I only had them once and I absolutely loved them!! Please bring them back !!

Refund
Both variety bags were messed up. The first bag had no barbecue potato chips in them and the second bag two of the sour cream and onion bags were opened.
How can we resolve this problem? Thank you

Honey BBQ chips are a chip to look forward to eating. The taste is wonderful, I have tasted other brands and they can not compare to the flavor in HERR'S BBQ chips....

Pissed received numerous bags of chips by bulk with nothing but air in the bag!
I just submitted my complaint, no update at this time. This matter has not been resolved.
I continually buy the blue box of 42 chips at BJ's and every time I get the box home, there are several bags with nothing but air in the box! I hope you can imagine how annoying this is for my family.
During this pandemic and being unemployed $10.00 is not always easy to come by.
I would like to be refunded for a box of chips, as this has not happened just once but several times!!!! I have uploaded a video for your review only as I have no intention to provide to future customers.

Very little Flavor on the chips. Almost no BBQ Flavor on your chips !!

Chips no Flavor
Didn't have any flavor on the chips

Product not as advertised
We, my family, truly love your chips... especially the cheddar horseradish flavor.
… but for the last 3 bags... there has not been any flavor to the chips except for a plain chip flavor...what happened?????
We still are buying your chips but not nearly as frequently as we used to. This is a sad thing :-(

Do not get the kettle cooked cracked pepper and sea salt flavor
I just opened the worst bag of chips I have ever gotten from your company. I was excited to try the kettle cooked cracked pepper and sea salt chips.
On my first bite, I about choked to death, they were so salty I was choking and had to grab a drink.
I am super disappointed in this product and will not try any of your other flavors. Herrs used to be a reliable name, but I guess things have changed over the years.

Burnt chips
Good Afternoon
I’m very disappointed in you product. I purchase some herrs sour cream chip 6/12 oz bag today with my lunch order , when I open up the bag to enjoy them most of the chips I was unable to eat because they were burnt. I am a loyal customer to Herrs ,your company is my favorite brand of chips, so could you please do better with the product im very surprise I have never had chips or any of your product that look so bad, pictures of the chips is attached to this email.
