Cannot login, no customer service response, unacceptable, disaster
The 'customer service number' provides a recording: 'not available from your calling area'. I live in Seattle.
I could not log in to my account to update my credit card. I received messages that my account would be deleted. I have tried emailing 'support' four times with no responses. I even had my developer try, but he says he cannot do anything because it is not from the 'owner email' (my email that they do not respond to).
Now, I'm receiving emails stating that all data has been 'deleted', and still, no responses. If the data is truly gone, it has erased my reservation system and all current data including customer history, account balances, etc. Meanwhile, my website has crashed, and customers are upset because they cannot access it.
It’s a total disaster. This is the worst experience I have had with any company in the 42 years of running businesses.

I am getting heruku account every month charges and I cancelled the service but I am getting charges. KINDLY STOP ALL MY SERVICE AND DONT CHARGE ME

Call is disconnected as soon as I press the button 1 or 2. I am not native English speaker so it's hard to get touch with them

Payment invoice
I already pay my heroku account in my credit card last month and why i have to pay again? And i remove the credit card. Dear Heroku Legal, can you help me so that I don't have any more bills?

Nothing is working for any free trials
Everything is confirmed on TV system says it was down from 12 AM to 12:30 AM it is an hour beyond that still too no success
