Refund of property tax monies
I left a message on March 15 and got a call on March 17 from Denise in the DTA Hero office. She said that they received their bundle of money from Riverside County Tax Assessors office in January and I would not get my refund for over payment until April. I was originally told March. I told her that is crazy and why does it take so long to refund. She explained that they receive the bundled money, hold it and issues checks when there is enough to warrant that process. 6 months to get my refund and I paid these jerks off in October 2020. They need to be put out of business and I hope the pending lawsuits do just that. The masses need to know what a scam business this it.

I have been requesting via email for an estimated ship date since 8/4/2020. It is now 9/21 and still no response to my many emails. I want my money back!!! But there is no way to call or contact them other than the email they do not monitor or respond to.
User's recommendation: Wait until they are more mature to handle the high volume of orders.

I can almost guarantee you will get it back. Here is the deal. I will fire off a JAMS arbitration demand for them to refund it. If they refuse to arbitrate, I would like you to act as a class represenative to sue to get that $50 fee back from everyone who paid it.
