Hero Bread - Worst customer service on earth.

I ordered from Hero BREAD online more than once. On my second order, FedEx decided to deliver my bread order five days later than it shouldve arrived.

I contacted the customer service and they told me they would get back to me to see if it was still edible and fresh, and of course I never heard from them. I left messages to them by phone and by email about five or six times and nobody even bothered to call me back. Thats terrible since I paid $70 for their croissants and they were all hard as a rock when I got them. The shelf life is only five days in the refrigerator once you get them and I already lost my shelf life time.l

Dont you think they shouldve called me?

Dont you think they shouldve told me what to do? They could care less.

In light of that, I dont recommend them to anybody and Im complaining because I feel I have a right to. Thank you.
