If they applied services to their customers, as quickly and efficiently as they take money from your bank, they would get 5 stars. That is the ONLY thing they did.

Having paid for the software, I received an email right away saying how much they have taken, with the promise of a email giving details how to download and install the 3 licenses I purchased. 3 days later, still waiting, and sent 5 emails to them and even telephoned them from the UK. 10 minute wait and then a recorded message stating their opening times (which this call was well within), and rang off after saying they were busy.

I have given these scammers 5 days before I claim a refund though my bank, for non-receipt of goods. I also informed Bitdefender of this scammers activities.

BTW Bitdefender don't use key codes anymore, and all of their software must be downloaded directly from their central website, once you have purchased your subscriptions (licenses). In law, if you enter a contract with someone and you pay your portion of the contract, the other party fails to deliver theirs (goods), you are entitled to a full refund and in some cases interest, as they are in breach of contract, no matter what their refund policy maybe.

I bought bitdefender from them works great they even called and asked if i had any problems

I purchased a program (app) to install on an iphone4 that would help me monitor my teenage son and who he was contacting because we have had a lot of problems. Well on their website, www.hermanstreet.com, I found this program called "Phone Sheriff v2" and purchased it for about $100.00.

When I went to install on the phones, none of their instructions were helpful AT ALL and after stumbling my way though it, I finally figured out that the reason it wasn't loading onto the phone is because it only works on jailbroken iphones (which voids your warranty)...of course this isn't mentioned ANYWHERE on the product description. So I contacted the company the next business day and told them my problem and asked them for a refund since I never even downloaded the program and their response was, it has to be jailbroken but that I would have to go to YouTube to learn how to do this. I told them I was not interested in jailbreaking my phone and that I wanted a refund.

Here we are, 18 days later and NOTHING other than my last 5 emails that I have sent to "Customer Service" and they keep telling me my emails are blank and I need to resend...convenient. So instead, I decided I would try to warn others about this company and how they do business
