After being told they would review my car for a cash bonus, they came back with offering a tax credit and a $300 restaurant gift card. Ok, fine. My parents donated an old vehicle to them and the SAME thing happened to them! They had to pay $14.95 to the "Redemption Center" to get it all started for the "2 night hotel stay". Anonymous This is what happens when you try to be nice. Best to never donate to anyone for anything. Hang onto your money and give it to the kids just before you die.

They came and picked up the car and told us they will send us the tax papers in a week. We donated our car on April 2013, today is September 2013, after 5 months they have still not mailed us the tax papers. Yesterday I...
