Unjust Charges

I have been a loyal customer of Herby Curby for nearly seven years. Recently, I updated my bank account information as instructed by the company.
Despite following their procedures, they failed to update my payment details, resulting in unjust non-payment fees for two consecutive months. I paid these fees along with the regular charges using the updated payment method.
Now, the company demands a confirmation email that I never received, likely due to their system errors or miscommunication. To add insult to injury, they have removed my garbage bin without notice. This is how Herby Curby treats a long-standing customerby failing to manage their own processes and penalizing me for their mistakes.
This experience has been nothing short of appalling.
I strongly advise others in Windsor, Ontario, to reconsider before engaging with Herby Curby. Their disregard for customer loyalty and failure to take responsibility for their errors is unacceptable.
