Service department issue

I am helping a friend Fernando davis With his 2010 infinity g37 sedan I had the vehicle towed to herb Chambers infinity of westborough phone #. 508-983-**** I talked to a woman in service named bethany.she called Fernando and told him that the battery in the car needed to be replaced.i went and bought a brand new battery and installed it.i then went inside the service department and talk to Bethany I told her that all that I wanted was to have the key reprogrammed because I put the wrong a/c module amplifier in the car and immobilized the security feature so I needed it to be reprogrammed.thats all I wanted to do.well the next day she called me and I want to be specific here.she told me that the ecm engine control module was shorted and had to be replaced.i asked her if I could get a used one and she said she would ask the tech working on the car.and call me back.she called me back and said the tech said a used one would be fine.i hope that the calls are recorded so that someone can listen to it being the conversation.thats all I heard from bethany.i purchased a pcm from my salvage yard 120.00$ and installed it in the vehicle and told service department and they said they would be in touch.well I I hadn't heard anything from them in days so I called them back and ask for Bethany and they explained to me that she no longer work there the girl said that she would have Matt contact me the girl called me back and told me that the computer that I had bought was not going to work because the VIN was already burned into it and said that the customer would have to purchase a brand new blank computer I asked the girl in service why Bethany told me that I could put a used computer in the car if I could not use onethey told me that where it's it's now diagnostic time I was at $560 and right back at square one in the vehicle needed a brand new computer and a AC amplifier module for the climate control I asked to speak to somebody about the situation they have Matt call me and I talked to Matt and Matt said this absolutely nothing they can do I purchased $120 computer for nothing which I can't bring back now I have to buy another computer for the vehicle I have already in my hands a brand new AC amplifier that they told me that needed after the fact I called Matt up and was very nice and asked him what you could do to try to adjust the money situation a little bit because three and a half hours time I do not believe they had three and a half hours time into it I had the dashboard completely taken apart AC modules out the computer without the glove boxes out everything was taken apart for them to work on everything was all open and he's telling me that they had date three and a half hours to put it on the scanner and check it I'm asking I'm already eating $120 the computer the customer wants me to pay for the labor I can't afford it I'm asking except for such a little leniency I have no problem paying like an hour-and-a-half diac not a problem but $560 just too much if you could call the customer talk to them for his name is Fernando Davis phone number is 774 707 **** I really need some help with a situation all I'm asking for is a little adjustment on the labor I have no problem paying something but $560 to do nothing they didn't they just did they did not work on the count of three and a half hours doing diagnostic I'm hoping and praying that you'll be able to help me out and help the customer a little bit I brought the car to you to infinity Herb Chambers Infiniti on route 9 westborough for a reason I could have brought it to any fly-by-night mechanic and had them put on the computer and and mobilize the key again that's all I wanted I already ordered AC amplifier they told me I already knew what was wrong with the vehicle to begin with I just needed I did not think that the car needed a computer and she told me need a computer so I replaced it with a used computer now they're telling me that needs a brand new computer I assume it's taking a computer out of the vehicle and brought it to a company in Taunton Mass called BBA remanufacturing they are going through the computer they are checking it right now I will have paperwork on that that is costing me $395 on top of the hundred and twenty the computer that I'm not meeting them if you can help me out at all I'd appreciate it if you could call the customer like I said Fernando Davis 774 707 **** the car is still at the dealership I really need some help with this thank you very much
