Once again our newspaper hasnt been delivered and once again I dont expect a reply from you. You treat your customers with complete disdain.

When the local newsagent delivered our paper, on the rare occasion it didnt arrive I would ring them and they would bring one to us. Now I cant get through to anyone on the phone. We have been having our paper delivered for over fifty years and have been happy with the service until you changed your method of delivery, probably for cost cutting reasons. Youre still happy to take our money though even though we frequently dont get our paper.

We got better service when it was delivered by a young boy on his bike. Im going to write a letter to Your Say in the Herald Sun to see what other readers think but I betting wont be published.

i have herald sun delivered to my house on weekends my name is rod bartlett i live at78 langbourne drive narre warren south this the 3rd time in 4 weeks yhat i have got no paper i hope im not being billed for something i do not get i have had the heralb sun delivered for over 20 years i had a full 365 subscribtion when narre warren newsagency delivered my paper i never had a problem once i moved house southern distribution took over and the were bloody hopeless said that they couldnt get paper to me before 7 am i start work as 6 am i only have paper delivereed on weekends and if it does turn uo it is usualy around 10

We are subscribers to the Herald Sun and are continually disappointed in the lack of quality puzzles and removal of puzzles that were of benefit to elder folk for assisting cognitive issues.

The weekend paper, specifically the Sunday issue offers a word find in the children's section with an outcome but the normal word find does not, it is all about an inane search for words with no purpose.

The removal of the Saturday anagram puzzle, the name of which escapes me, that allowed for working out the anagram of each word to then place in the grid is sorely missed and this dumbing down of mind games that are helpful for so many of a certain age is very concerning.

One would think that we, the subscribers, would be the ones that should benefit the most from a puzzle page to allow for my wife or myself in our retirement to find help from puzzle pages because they are actually very useful in keeping minds healthy and active.

My suggestion is that there ought to be a children's puzzle section purely for them and another for the older folk who probably need it more.

we are very annoyed that our weekend (Saturday and Sunday) papers have not been delivered again this weekend. I report the non delivery on your automatic answering service an every time I receive the message that you will investigate.

Nothing ever happens we never are told that you have investigated and still go without the paper. The delivery service early on with our first non delivery in June 2021 sent a message written on the next paper that was delivered to us said " we never do not deliver your paper" the non delivery must of happened 20 times since that first non delivery. We have never been contacted from your organisation and are now in the position that we must seriously consider the cancellation of the delivery of the paper. We have just paid another months subscription and are not sure if we will get a refund when we do send our request for cancellation.
