I cancelled this subscription in May 25, 2025!!

Cancelled subscription in May 2025. Last week I got a notice that it was shipping AGAIN.

I called and emailed immediately to stop the shipment or send me a label to return the unopened package. I had cancelled this in May same year 5 months before! Per the message I should cancelled two weeks prior to shipment. I did months before!!!

I was charged 175.00 from my bank account. The agent when cancelled asked to REMOVE my credit info.

I was assured it would be done NOT. This affected my account I I WANT my MONEY BACK

Is impossible to talk to anyone in customer service never answer or phone cuts off. Very poor relations.
