Cancelled subscription in May 2025. Last week I got a notice that it was shipping AGAIN.
I called and emailed immediately to stop the shipment or send me a label to return the unopened package. I had cancelled this in May same year 5 months before! Per the message I should cancelled two weeks prior to shipment. I did months before!!!
I was charged 175.00 from my bank account. The agent when cancelled asked to REMOVE my credit info.
I was assured it would be done NOT. This affected my account I I WANT my MONEY BACK

Is impossible to talk to anyone in customer service never answer or phone cuts off. Very poor relations.

I place an order for two kinky curly 18 inch in the box of eyelashes I never ordered I try calling to find out if that was a gift or mistake so I can return it, both phone call or so call communication channel was zero. Previous phone call has always been that way. If you are not set up to answer phones ten do put a phone as form of contact, it calls false advertisement and please your setup communication device or system Those not work.

I paid $20 for my order to be delivered in 3 to 5 business days, it's now 5 business days since I placed the order and still haven't received a tracking number, tried calling the 2 of their contact numbers and none of them even ring, I'm now going to have to call my credit card company
