Transphobic man
so i had started going out with a trans man whos more masculan than me, but quickly realized that he had violent tendencies and had violent words. I had to dip with no contact for my own safety.
he keeps on texting me harrassing messages liek " you act like a girl" and "your a girl not a boy" on HER and Instagram platforms. he blocked my HER account so I only got one screenshot of evidence from that app.

PLEASE RETURN MY $30 you all STOLE
This app charged my card $30 this morning. I don't even use that app like that.
I honestly don't even know how you all obtained my credit card information. I am extremely upset and need to talk to a live person to get the matter resolved.

I have been reaching out for weeks with no real response, just a template email saying I broke the guidelines, which is not true. I would like to speak to a person and have an actual human review my account.

Horrible service
This app has been a disappointment since it was created. There was a feature where you could report straight people or fake profiles on the app.
I dont see what the point of including that feature was when you offer the option for people who identify as straight on the app. It was marketed towards *** women, but I was seeing men on the app, and no Im not talking about transgenders. Cis straight men, also straight women and scammers. The other features of the app are lacking and the subscription price is ridiculous.
The developer has also displayed disgusting behavior on social media. Regarding her responses to users, no the her app is not for me and I deleted it.

I was catfished for 1.6 million dollars by a woman from your site and I am now in another international relationship and have concerns again ?

The first woman was supposedly Dutch but she was doing building in Ankara turkey, I fell hard for her, 1.6 million $ now I have met someone else who supposedly works at the RAAF.whom I adore, both of these women have worked internationally and say their bank account were frozen and they have to get to New York to unfreeze. My current woman name yashmin burton is a logistics coordinator and needs money for containers.I need to know if she is real

I waited for days for the payment to go through & even though your Corp took my money & it STILL doesn't work.
I did try to figure it out myself read ALL the info in the HER support & tried them all more than once.
I know whomever is reading this doesn't have the power to change this BS.
I couldn't believe this Help section had more than one troubleshooting process regarding "Premium/Restoring Purchase" Match/HER Co has more than enough $ to have this fixed.
So, I kindly ask (if you cannot fix it from your end) I would just like to get a refund & cancel my subscription.
