Cannot share steps to educate other people because, although I love, love four or five of their fragrances, they have ghosted me the one time I tried to contact them

Preferred solution: If you can refer to my customer account, I ordered your sent sampler of 12 over a year ago. I just ordered another one thinking it would be different and it had the same fragrances in it. I would like to sample your new tea fragrances.

Return 3rd attempt

So Ive written to Henry Rose several times requesting a shipping label so I can return this white bag I dont need and I was charged $35 for when I ordered items under promotion last month I subsequently was looking through my emails and noticed a message from Henry Rose so I went back. I went into my bank account.

I see that Henry Rose refunded me but they didnt send me anything as far as a text. There mightve been an email when they sent me back money. It wasnt the full $35 I guess you guys to take money toward postage I have this white bag sitting in my house in a box. I dont need it and Id like to send it back.

I dont know anybody who really wants to use it through the winter. I certainly dont. I love all my products. I am so into everything, but this was a surprise fee that was charged erroneously I would say, and hopefully other people havent experienced the same mistake on the part of Henry Rose.

Ill still buy your products. I wish that I could find the Henry Rose BVI sent that I bought last year in your travel size and you know a bottle size because Im almost out and really dragged it along so if they want to send me an email or if they wanna send me a text, they have all my information.

I hope that I will hear from Henry Rose again thank you. Love all the perfumes

User's recommendation: Just be careful make sure you order is what you want. Make sure you’re charged for what you ordered if you order something and you have a gift with it but they charge you for the gift. Just get on it and ask for your money back.
