Great Place Till We Lost Bagos then Heather Relocated

Loved by all we lost Dr. Bagos to Cancer and also Heather went to Perrysburg Pain Clinic. Below is my experience at my last appointment. Heather was just as nice as Dr. Bagos and really hated to here she transferred to Perrysburg. The pain clinic in Napoleon I will never go to again unless Heather Comes back. That new one to replace her needs some drastic help in bedside manners. Went to my appointment on Nov. 26 at 1: pm as scheduled. Well, they don't have pain clinic on that day anymore and someone dropped the ball and never contacted me. Well, I wasn't upset due to the fact they lost Dr. Bagoes and sure there may be in disarray. Scheduled it for the 27 than at 2:00. I should have asked what else has taken place but didn't. Arrived on the 27th at 1:45. they got me to a room after no more than 10 min. Noticed there was only one person in the lobby making out an enrollment form. While walking back to the last room on the right I saw there were no patients in the rooms. Was waiting and waiting till it was 3:15 and was really shocked by the wait because never waited more than 20 min. before. Well, I had another appointment at 3:30 that really couldn't miss but set there waiting. At 3:25 a person came in and it wasn't Heather. I asked where is my regular Heather. She said she was no longer there. After asking where Heather went she told said the Pain Clinic in Perrysburg. After expressing that I really should switch to Perrysburg because don't like the idea of switching doctors because Heather knows my case. Well, shouldn't said that cause the expression on her face went from semi somewhat nice to pure pissed off. She started talking *** about Dr. Bakos and Heather and should have walked out then. She then looked at my records and said. When was the last time you took a Lorazepam? Told here I'm not on it because pain clinic refused to fill it because that's not what they do and my Family Doctor for years that runs an addition clinic now can't fill it because it is a rehab clinic. She insisted, well when was the last time you took one. Twice when the panic attack was so bad had to go to the Emergency room and they filed it twice for ten pills. I've been out for some time now and try to deal with them the best I can. Then she said I had to take a drug test and needed to go get it done now. I told here than that I had another appointment that was at 3:30 and had to go to it first then come back after that and will take the test. She said no you take it now. That's when I told her what took placed with my appointments and having to wait so long before she came in. Also expressed that one person was in the lobby and didn't see anyone in the rooms. How come you waited so long to come in and never had to wait over 20min. all the time I've been coming here. Well, she went berserk and ordered me to take it now and forget about my appointment at 3:30. Said I wouldn't and would go to Perrysburg to my regular doctor Heather. She said if I didn't take it then she would have to record that I refused to take it. By this time I was pissed off. Told her to stick it in her *** and left out the door. Before leaving talked to girls up front and found out all the girls had quit except one. Well, haven't gone to Perrysburg yet and going to find a doctor closer. Was on Tramadol before the pain clinic, given to me by a for Rheumatoid Arthritis Doctor years ago. Was on one of the stronger pain pills at first than wanted to try Tramadol again because it also made me energetic and didn't think I needed the strong pain pill. Well, Tramadol doesn't quite do away with everything but can deal with the rest for now by using breathing technics till pain subsides. She did ask me where my appointment was but by that time I was totally pissed off with her bedside manners and told her it was none of her business and it had nothing to do with Medical, Witchcraft or the Occult as is evident that she was.
