Shocking lack of concern
My new 911 has a fuel filler door that will not open. After driving 45 minutes to my closest Porsche dealer, the service department did not want to take my car in due to the fact that I was within 30 minutes of the service department closing. Their solution at Hennessy Porsche was for me to go home and come back the next morning, all while running low on fuel mind you with a fuel filler door that would not open. I convinced them to take my car in. They then refused to give me a loaner car, so a family member had to drive to pick me up. When I asked for service management, I was told that he went home early at 430pm. I asked for the General Manager, he too left early. I was told that the GM was contacted but he did not respond, and there was nothing the dealership could do for me. This is my 3rd overpriced Porsche, and my last. I don't care how great they drive or how sleek they look, when I am stranded by a new car over a $5 part, I will not purchase one again.
