Patricia moses and zac chesson (gal) ignored obvious signs of my daughters mental health breakdown. Mr Richardson kidnapped my daughter 3 times in 2016.

1st time in mar. Police called to pick her up when he was arrested for dv. She showed signs of self harm, got her in counseling. 2nd in May, didn't know where she was- he took her out of school and enrolled her in a different.

She called to pick her up.i filed an ofp and scheduled a hearing for custody. Judge robers said he'd note parental and medical neglect so whoever heard the case would see it. Aug 15. I told her to do her dishes and I went to take a shower, she came in screaming I told her to go do her chores and pushed her ( she was 13) she screamed some more and pushed her a little harder.

Cops came said she was a drama queen told her to listen and left. Next day, Coon Rapids police came stating he was given custody wouldn't let me see the papers and told me I should've went to court. I filed for an emergency hearing held aug 31. Ref.furnstahl said he had to return her.

He didn't, finally got ahold of him a couple days later ( holiday wknd) he said, if you come and get her I'll make sure you never see her again. I went and got her. He was threatening my ex . 8 squads came to my moms - asked her if I assaulted her,she said no.

Police gave her to him , I told them the situation, they asked if i had the order, it was a holiday weekend and didn't. He filed an erroneous ofp- ref scheduled it for a month later, keeping my daughter with him. Referee patricia moses told him to drop from the ofp and leave it on behalf of my daughter. She didn't let my mother testify and told her to wait outside.

I had a meeting with Zac chesson on Jan 18 asking him to go check on my daughter because Mr. R sent me a Pic with blue marker on her wrist at the Feb 9th hearing. He handed me a report that said he saw her Feb 6 (19 days later) and she had cut her hair off and self harmed. Mr chesson told me to come in after I read ( violation of rules he was suppose to give me the report so I had time to prepare).

I walked in bawling . Zac told the court it was my fault she was doing this! I hadn't seen nor talked to her since sept 2, 5 months earlier. I asked moses for a 5 minute supervised visit.

She told me no ..I needed severe counseling if I ever wanted a relationship with my daughter again. When she granted the 2 year ofp in Oct with no contact with me despite me having. Police reports, mental health reports, orders where I had custody From just the month before, texts he sent threatening me and my ex, his two convictions for dv, etc

He wouldn't get her in counseling and Zac chesson and Patricia moses failed to notify cps although I called and they did nothing. My daughter ran out of the house asking a stranger to call the police.

Police put a 72 hour hold on her because Mr. R caught up with them and was mocking her in front of them.

Cps stepped in and due to the ofp were going to give her back to him! He voluntarily terminated in June 2017 proving that I was telling the truth.

I filed to have the ofp vacated and Patricia moses refused!

Hennepin County Family Court has violated my civil rights for years, has not allowed me access to my daughter, ignored stalking/cyberstalking, and identity theft evidence. They have also ignored my requests for a restraining order/protective order for years, which were requested by doctors and therapists.

Evaluators mocked me and my family and friends wrote defamatory comments about me and my family in custody evaluation reports. I'm totally disabled - C-PTSD prolonged, Rape Trauma Syndrome, Primary Immune Deficiencies, POTS, severe depression without psychotic features, etc. Constantly being under enormous distress, Hennipen County gave the rapist custody after false child abuse allegations and accusations with no proof and dismissal from CPS in August 2022. He started withholding Skylar in the summer of 2022 after moving into another girlfriend's home.

He then filed an HRO against me with primarily manufactured and fabricated evidence, then making claims I was abusing Skylar for 3 years then 6 years etc, with lies convincing daughter Skylar Hess to share the same. The HRO is suspended, dismissed.

Terrible Judge, BFA, GAL & Evaluator. They lied, ignored critical evidence including 2 CPS Reports in Washington County, dismissed anything I, My family, friends and Mayo Clinics Physicians wrote for evidence.

Disgusting & Despicable. They believed, a lifelong Convicted Criminal with various Convictions including Major Felony and multiple others convicted charges in multiple states.

We are very saddened that the Judge had put all of the denials in Caps, that had hurt our Son and all of our family very much. Our Son had driven 200 miles round trip since 2007 to see his children through sleet, snow, rain and ice, two to three times per week, because he Loves them so very much.

He would pick our Precious Grandchildren up from school, take them to the library to help them with their home work, take them to the pet shops, Parks, shopping, out to supper and lunch. When we were all together as a family we would attend church, movies, family holidays, dinners, picnics, softball, football activities, valley fair, water slides, and so much more. Our Grandchildren were so very happy. Sadly to say we have not been able to see them for almost a year.

Our hearts are so very broken that our Son has been so unfairly treated and unrepresented within the court system. Please help the wonderful and devoted fathers like our precious Son, who deserve a Father of The Year Award, God Bless and please God help our Judicial System.

Every official should be investigated for crimes including, accepting bribes, corruption of a public official, treason against the United States of America, treason against the State of Minnesota, extortion, wire fraud, mail fraud, extortion, libel, slander, misappropriation of public funds.

Hennepin County Child Protection - A facilitator of the crimes the Hennepin County Family Court system has perpetrated. They provide an insulating layer to the courts, and a "FRONT" for abused children.

All of these individuals have operated a sophisticated organized crime ring to kidnap children from parents and use the children to extort millions from non-custodial parents. All of these people should be tried under RICO act and prosecuted for treason under the laws of the United States Constitution. All of the judges have and continue to violate Cannons Law by accepting cases which they have a vested financial interest in via Title IV-D money accepted from the federal government for child support. Their salaries are paid for directly from child support income even before the custodial parents get support money for their children.

IF the local office branch of the FBI does not investigate these MN court judges for the crimes, they are also a part of the organized crime family.
