I received a call from Hendrick Toyota of Concord to dicuss my car payment and the manager Mark hung up on me. He was only prepared to explain how it is my fault that my car payment is so high.
I know that after my experience with them my only option is to surrender the car. They do not care that I will end up pay $10,000 in interest for the car if I pay it off. They do not care. Who charges that much interest to a customer that has been loyal to Toyota making payments since 2013?
I went during the lower your payment sale and they raised my payment on my birthday to $40-50 more dollars a month. I do not know what else to do.
