Means this website refuses to delete since yesterday i have been emailing back and forth to please delete my prior review... Anyways please let me clear the air for the sake of Hendrix Toyota merriam let me just say that finance manager THAO DING ,had me come to his office so that i may voice my concerns and with respectful redirection he went above and beyond to ease my concerns he is really there for the satisfaction of the customer..
he listened ... Everything's was taken care of and i am proceeding to as team Toyota I'm a proud owner of a Toyota vehicle and as we need anything further in the future i will hands down only.deal with Hendrix Toyota merriam they really are about their statement.. i was very much feeling assured and relieved leaving the meeting with Thao great job and service....

ere mailed out car title and paperwork to register and License vehicle and the price is now at 21000 so after we were not present they forged paperwork highly illegal my husband and i both have been contacting said business for correspondence and nohing

I have been informed that the finance department at Hendrick Toyota in Merriam Kansas forges customer signatures to contracts. For example if a customer did not sign every single contract an employee at this facility will sign and Forge the customer signature.
This is highly unethical and illegal.
I am not a customer. I was told this by a member of the finance department.
