Advice, help please this is absolutely ridiculous

Hendrick Collision shop in Rock Hill SC on 10-21-20, picked up on 11-16-20 Truck was not finished correctly had to take it back to shop for several small repairs and to have an alignment done. Small repairs they could of fixed correctly but instead made us out to be nitpicking.

Bolts they placed under the fender area not the same as original bolts. Bolts actually cut the tires and now my 4 year old son can not help daddy wash the truck bc we are scared these bolts will cut him! Side flares are not Secure what so ever as you can see in pictures. Fabric under fender/flare area is ripping off.

Front bumper is off by almost 1/2 an inch from passenger to drivers side. On top of these issues. This company bold faced lied to us! Shop told me that a local tire place was doing the alignment as they were not equipped to do an alignment on oversized tire, also received an email from Hendrick that the local tire shop had to order a part (cam bolt kit) for alignment and the the truck would be ready the next morning.

When truck was picked up alignment was way off, wheels hitting bumper and grinding.

I contacted the local shop they stated they did not have to order any parts for the truck and all they did was a front wheel toe and rotated tires. Truck had to go to the shop a total of 4 times and as a result the last innocent the truck was suppose to be left with the General Manager of Hendrick Collision at a different location in Charlotte NC for the truck to go to a Hendrick dealership/shop equipped to fix all the issues with bumper and alignment.

When hubby met the GM at Honda collision on Monday Dec.7th at approx 5pm they had a heated conversation (I was on speaker phone the whole time) due to the GM saying he was driving my husbands truck home that night on top of the GM being difficult about a loner car, my husband says he wont be the one to bring the truck back if its not correct this time

The GM then stated that was a threat and told him to leave. I do have every documentation and all proof of all these issues.

They have refused to fix any issues, refused to honor their life time guarantee. And my husbands $40,000 truck is still messed up.
