My name is Mohamed hachimi . After 4 visits to the shop . My truck still having same issue ( power engine reduced ) . Truck 2012 chevrolet silverado 1500 . I need my money back . This cost me a lot of money and missing work for more than 3 weeks now .

Service dept. is terrible

Have a Chevy Ewuinox that has been a good vehicle. The problem is when I have needed service. The service dept. is very slow, don’t let you know they can’t fix in a day until you call them back, then told they didn’t have enough people to get the job done when you had an appointment. Not really what a customer wants to hear!

I purchased 2015 Chevy Cruz that advertised this car with navigation. Never had navigation before but i bought it and took it home and tried to program it and find out it doesn't have it unless u purchase onstar! The paper doesn't say "Onstar Navigation ". It says Navigation!! I still have the paper too. Then to top this off they have digital signing of paperwork and never recieved thumb drive or paperwork and my 10 days are up to return the car if something is wrong. What happens if the paperwork is screwed up and its not what i was supposed to have signed and my 10 days are up??? I've had the car about 4 weeks now. Then the tags were not what it was supposed to be. I didn't get the right tags i told them to order. Even gave them what the DMV gave to me and they can't even get that right! I will never buy anything from this dealership again and i will put the word out there about my experience with them!!

The OnStar ripoff scenario is the child of GM, not the dealership. Same with Volvo ; you can't use the built in garage door opener unless you buy their monthly baloney extra cost add on group.

That extra junk causes extra trouble. As far as a clerical foulup ; it happens.

I contacted GM. They said Hendricks owns their own company and just sells GM vehicles so they can't really do anything which is a crock of bull.

Someone is responsible for ripping people off. Whichever and whoever needs to quit false advertising and give us the paperwork we signed.

This Cary dealership is the worst experience ever

Hendricks Chev in Cary will kiss your *** until you sign those papers. After that they do not care. We have gotten a wrong registration in the mail 4 times. We bought a 2017 Chev silverado. My husband totaled his 2010 silverado and when the insurance settled we purchased a 2017 model. He told them he was transferring his old tag to the new truck. Well they took my equinox tag and transferred it to the new truck (wrong) that is my car, not my husband's old truck tag. This has been going on since January and we still do not have the correct registration for the new truck. when i called them, and told them I was going over their head, they said go ahead and do that. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and I wish we had not of bought from them. The next time we have to purchase anything else it will be from south point not the cary location. They will kiss the ground you walk on until you sign the papers and after that y ou are nothing to them. I do not know how they keep their jobs, none of them know what they are doing. Rebecca Edwards

Preferred solution: never to purchase there again, Refunds for all the time and trouble spent riding back and forth still not getting anything done. They did not give us the extra 4000 off the truck as advertised

Poor Customer Service

I bought a new 2015 Truck from Hendrick Chevrolet in Cary,NC which had 8 miles on it and no Owners Manuals were provided with the vehicle. I was supplied with a basic manual 4 weeks later, but am still trying to get the complete supplements that should of been supplied with the truck. I am getting no response to my requests from the General Manager from the dealership. It should not be this difficult to take care of this issue. I have contacted Chevrolet Customer Assistance on the issue and I'm hoping they can resolve this for me, but it has been 1 1/2 months now trying to get all these manuals. I bought a very expensive truck with a Duramax engine and I need the supplement for it as the basic manual refers me to to it on important info I need to know as not to void my warranty. They don't want me as a return customer I guess.

I stopped in at the Cary / durham auto mall to have a 3500 duramax air conditioning system repaired also oil, tire rotation and a slow leak in tire along with other small things. Later that day I get a call that the a/c is going to cost 2500.00 in repairs and 11 hrs repair time so I give them the ok. I dropped it of on Tuesday morning. Thursday I call at lunch and it's not ready but they say it will be ready later that evening. Ok, I call 4pm still not ready now Friday at 230pm I pick the truck up . Now , I live in charlotte. I talking to service dept and I asked what took so long , the answer well we had to stop to work on yours and work on others. I look on the invoice and noticed not everything was done that I asked. Well, we didn't have time . So, I go to leave alarm and power doors don't work. Another 1/2 ok things happen. They repaired the leak on the tire. Good. I'm traveling 85 at 75mph and I have a blow out. So, the tire they fixed they pugged the side wall. A no , no everyone knows that . 2hrs changing a tire on the side of the interstate sucks. I call dealership and talk to service and there response well drive the truck here and we will fix it. I'm trying to get home on Friday. Monday I send pictures to service and to managing dept. No, email or call. And was billed for the repair.

Rick Hendrick Chevrolet - 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt Review from Durham, North Carolina

I took my 2008 Chevy cobalt in for the ignition recall at the Cary auto mall location. When the returned my car the power windows wouldn't work. The customer service rep said it had nothing to do with the installation of the ignition switch. So I drove around for months with no power windows and door locks that worked ocassionally. Not to mention the car started most of the time but not always. Took the afternoon off work to drive 45 minutes back to Cary auto mall. Sat there for an hour and a half before I asked to see the service manager. He said they do not support any accessories they added to the vehicle as part of the sale. He would take no responsibility or accountability. Long story short and $556 later the diagnosis was a faulty ignition switch! Very upset at the way I was treated at hendrick Chevrolet at the Cary auto mall and will never buy a car there again. I plan to take this matter further because I feel a refund is required.
