This valuer should not be in this profession - he is a total fraud and cannot event count the number of bedrooms or bathrooms in a house to compare to. Cost me $700 and then his insane valuation cost me thousands of dollars in penalty interest due to valuation that was a fraud. Compared houses with 2 less bathrooms and less bedrooms, he had no idea how to measure the property properly. If your bank sends this person, just cancel it immediately!! It was a horrible experience and cost me more than to save for a few bucks for the service. ONE BANK SAID THERE ARE 13 COMPLAINTS OUT AGAINST HIM! Run the other way!
