Terrible experience at Henderson Glass
- - Windshield replaced twice for noise.

I had a terrible experience getting my windshield replaced here. The first windshield sounded like a wind tunnel, so they had to put in a 2nd windshield.
When putting in the 2nd windshield they put several long scratches on the hood of my car and tried to cover it with a red non-matching paint, never telling me about it. When I brought it back to the shop the Manager (Bob) ordered new paint to match my car and did the paint touch up himself. Again they touched it up with a red cherry color when my car is dark copper orange. DID NOT MATCH.
Bob told me he could not get the correct color any more - this was a lie - I called the dealer and paint is still available.
He also told me they are human and mistakes happen. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using Henderson Glass in New Baltimore!!
