Trying to use my discount code the company offers these codes so the customer expects to get to use that discount. You would sell a lot more if you could actually use the codes you offer . Love your products just keep it simple for your customers we dont like complaction Thanks. We all love your new line keep the good smells coming

Check status of my order and its not pulled or processed. No direct customer service, I forgot to check for a direct customer service no. before ordering! The Hempz lotion I tried is not good enough for the service. There are literally 1 million different products for body moisturizers, creams, and lotions. I have a sense this just how company operates! Never again
