I need a refund, my two cbd oils were bad

Ive been going through transitional homelessness for two years living in different places. The cbd oil I ordered in I guess April both bottles had a super strong taste and after taste and they didnt relax me. I just got to a point where I could find your number and call one bottle is full except for one use the other bottle is halfway full. The hospital tested me after I used the cbd oil and said I was misusing cannibis. They could tell I was using cbd oil but called it misusing it. These two bottles of oil are not like the other bottles of cbd oil I got from Hempworx so I cant use them. I gave the lot number and expiration number to sweet Melanie customer service representative. I was crying and everything I dont have money to waste. Im on social security disability. I wanted a refund she couldnt grieve it to me. I cant ake this cbd oil cause its showing up as misusing cannibas. It taste horrible and strong and leaves a after taste. I told the representative to tell you all to please go purchase my ebook on Amazon it has a letter to Congress and I said what needed to be said about natural products and how we dont have the freedom to buy them and say they heal and the Bible talks about herbs and essential oils. Short expiration date

I wrote to them regarding a short expiration on four $90 CBD oil I received. I have been a customer for a few years and know the usual expiration date to be at least a year, usually 18 mos or more. As of today, I have not heard back from them.

the first lady I talked to was very nice. The second lady I talked to today was very rude. I will nit be selling the merchandise for your company. I was nit very happy with the time delays of my product and the rudeness of the last rep I spoke with.

Ordered new flavor of strawberry and cannot stand the taste I have two bottles one opened one unopened is there anyway to exchange those ?

I think it was ineffective and a waste of money. I've been using drugs for over 50 years, and I've certainly made some bad choices. I thought legalizing marijuana would put an end to that. I was totally convinced this was something I wanted to be involved with. Buying something you can't try first is a lesson I should have learned a long time ago. I was recently laid off work. My mom got sucked into buying this and said it did nothing for her, so she gave it to me and it did nothing either... As with all MLM's, seems like the only people who say how great it is, are the reps trying to sell it to you.
